How it works

Upload your PDFs
Drag in up to 20 PDF files. Each source PDF gets its own color so you can always trace a page back to its origin.
Configure the pipeline
Toggle the steps you want - merge, compress, rotate, watermark, page numbers. Drag pages to reorder, click trash to delete.
Run and download
Hit Run pipeline (or ⌘+Enter) and the studio runs every active step in order, then downloads the final PDF.
💡 Pro Tips
Reorder before you watermark
Drag pages into final order first, then add the watermark and page numbers. The numbers will follow your new order automatically.
Use Screen compression for email
If you'll email or upload the result, pick the Screen compression preset - it shaves the most size while staying readable on screen.
Skip steps you don't need
Click the circular checkmark on any step to skip it. Only the active steps run, so the pipeline stays fast.
Unlock encrypted PDFs first
Password-protected PDFs can't be processed. Use the Unlock PDF tool to remove the password, then bring them into the studio.
